Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you.

Anne Lamott

‘Tis the season of stress! For many of us, the month of December is one of the most chaotic times of the year. Shorter daylight hours and the stress of the holidays can create a pretty toxic environment for our mental health.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

The hustle and bustle doesn’t have to be suffocating. There are ways to navigate the stress of the holiday season in a healthy way so that you and the people you love don’t suffer.

Over the past few years, I’ve learned how to build important self-care practices into my life during this stressful season to ensure that I can be truly present and show up for the people who matter most.

In the spirit of giving back, I’ll be sharing these healthy habits and practices throughout the month of December in a free, online course.

To register, simply fill out the form below. I’ll be reaching out to you with details over the coming weeks. I’m excited for all the ways that we’ll learn and grow together!
